Sidecar to the Website 101
playbook (PT-107): the numbers the playbook's client-facing text
does not carry, in the columns of the Google 101 sidecar, whose Legend
defines Impact and Ease. One row per item; the site build reads it to
order each smb's to-do list and shows it on the Website 101 check page.
Impact is 1 to 10: how much fixing the item changes being reached, found
or understood for an smb that lacks it, independent of how many smbs
lack it. Evidence is what scripts/website101.py showed on
all 30 smbs on 2026-10-05, where a script can see the item. Human-owned:
Chad's numbers are truth; a row proposed by AI says so in Source until
Chad confirms it.
Check by and Fix by name who does it: script
(scripts/website101.py, from outside), Chad
(with the access the playbook asks for), or client. Each
smb's to-do list ranks its do items by Impact x Confidence
x Fix ease, Confidence being 10 for what Chad or the client said and 8
for what a script saw.
Level names the playbook level an item belongs to (chadkit/language.md): access (the client owns the pieces and lets Chad in), basic fixes (Chad, with that access), advanced fixes (client or Chad, long or needing the client's decisions); Website 101 has no setup level. The scorecard grades each level from its items' states (scripts/scorecard.py). The column was proposed by AI on 2026-10-05; Chad's edit to it is truth.
| Item | Impact | Check by | Check ease | Fix by | Fix ease | Evidence | Source | Level |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | 10 | client | 8 | client | 4 | 28 named a registrar from the public record, 2 on a builder's address; whose account it is stays a person's answer; whoever holds the domain holds the site and the email | proposed by AI 2026-10-05 | access |
| 1.2 | 6 | client | 9 | client | 9 | 28 read, 2 on a builder's address; the script shows the date as a number and says nothing until it has passed, since when a registrar renews is not public; the state is the client's confirmation of auto-renew; an expired domain takes site and email down the same day | proposed by AI 2026-10-05; impact lowered from 9, Chad 2026-10-06 | access |
