Sidecar to the Google 101
playbook (PT-051): the numbers the playbook's client-facing text
does not carry. One row per item; the site build reads it to order each
smb's to-do list and shows it on the Google 101 check page. Impact is 1
to 10: how much fixing the item changes being found or being measured
for an smb that lacks it, independent of how many smbs lack it. Evidence
is what the six explores at schema 0.5 showed on 2026-09-26
(scripts/google101_evidence.py): how many smbs had the item
in place, missing, or not visible from outside. Human-owned: Chad's
numbers are truth; a row proposed by AI says so in Source until Chad
confirms it.
Check by and Fix by name who does it: script
(scripts/google101.py, from outside or with Chad's access),
Chad (with the access the playbook asks for), or
client. Ease, 1 to 10, is how easily that actor does it
with that access (PT-069), by the time it takes (the Legend). Each smb's
to-do list ranks its do items by Impact x Confidence x Fix
ease, Confidence being 10 for what Chad or the client said and 8 for
what a script saw (it reads from outside and can misjudge); the Part 2
and Part 3 items are numbers and loops, never a do, so they
carry no row.
Level names the playbook level an item belongs to (chadkit/language.md): access (the client grants or creates), setup (Chad, with that access), basic fixes (Chad, listing and site edits), advanced fixes (client or Chad, long or client-dependent); the scorecard grades each level from its items' states (scripts/scorecard.py, PT-114). The column was proposed by AI on 2026-10-02; Chad's edit to it is truth.
Ease score can change based on "took x minutes" in Google101 logs in
client-known.md files. See Legend below. A Google
101 entry ends with the time it took ("Took 5 minutes") and says Done
for a fix or Checked for a look;
scripts/google101_evidence.py --ease proposes each item's
ease from those times, an item's first time set apart as learning, and a
row changed on that evidence says measured in Source.

Legend
Ease, for Check ease and Fix ease, by the time it takes the actor who does it (Chad, 2026-09-30). Waiting on someone else is not time taken.
| Ease | Time it takes |
|---|---|
| 10 | 2 minutes at most |
| 9 | 2 to 5 minutes |
| 7 to 8 | 5 to 20 minutes |
| 5 to 6 | 20 to 60 minutes |
| 3 to 4 | 1 to 2 hours |
| 1 to 2 | more than 2 hours, or days |
Impact, by how much fixing the item changes being found or being measured, for an smb that lacks it. The playbook's own "Why important" line says High, Medium or Low; they run roughly 8 to 10, 5 to 7 and 1 to 4, with some overlap at the edges.
| Impact | What fixing it changes | Playbook says |
|---|---|---|
| 9 to 10 | without it, much of the rest does not work or cannot be measured | High |
| 7 to 8 | a large change in being found, or in what can be measured | High |
| 5 to 6 | a clear change for some searches or some numbers | Medium |
| 3 to 4 | a small change, or a convenience | Low |
| 1 to 2 | hardly any change | Low |
